High Frequency Screen

The release agent designed for high-frequency screens is a type within the pu elastomer system. Our company has also developed additional products to accommodate varying customer needs in terms of cost and application requirements. This product series includes oil-based, water-based, concentrated, and ready-to-use formulations for clients to select from. The ready-to-use release agents can be applied directly by customers, while concentrated products offer versatility: they can be used undiluted or diluted multiple times with solvents. A single application ensures multiple demolding cycles. The release agents we developed for pu elastomer system could also be used for demolding screening plates, wheels, and rubber rollers, dewatering screens etc..
